Eating the Wall Street Journal
On January 19th, 2020, in a rare performance of "Eating the Wall Street Journal" curated by iconic artist Pope.L, Sean made his Museum of Modern Art debut.
To begin the piece, Sean roamed around the Museum of Modern Art for approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the "Pope.L, 1978-200" exhibition on the second floor of the museum. Dressed in business attire with a boot and newspaper in hand, Sean cleans the floor with his suit jacket and carefully lays out an American flag, removed from a backpack. He then removes a quart of milk and a bottle of ketchup from the backpack, while finally taking a seat on the flag. For the remainder of his performance, Sean repeatedly pours milk and ketchup over his head, in between sessions of devouring pieces of the Wall Street Journal.
